Breakdown: request statuses and why an exchange may seem “stuck” 👀

Today we’re covering one of the most common questions users ask support:

“I sent funds, but the exchange hasn’t completed / status ‘Waiting’ for 30+ minutes”

Let’s break down what stage your request is at and what each status means.

👉 Request statuses:

1. “Waiting”
You have sent funds, but they have not yet been received. This is the initial status. It will update automatically once the payment arrives.

2. “Paid”
Funds are received. The rate is fixed, and the exchange is already in progress, with payout preparation underway.

3. “Completed”
The exchange is finished. Funds have been sent to your wallet or card.

👉 What to do if “Waiting” lasts more than 30–40 minutes:

  • contact support
  • provide the request ID
  • specify the amount and currency
  • include the date and time of the transfer
