Automatic exchanges are processed within 2-10 minutes after the payment is received.
Semi-automatic exchanges are processed by an operator and take 2 to 60 minutes after the payment is received, depending on operator workload.
The minimum amounts depend on the exchange direction. You can check the details on the exchange page by selecting the desired direction.
You can track the status of your request in the "My Requests" section of your personal account. You will also receive an email notification at the address you provided during the request creation process if the status changes.
Please make sure you have done everything correctly:
- Check if you provided the correct payment details (wallet, account, or card). If incorrect details were provided, your request will be moved to the "Error" section, and you will receive an email explaining the issue.
- Before transferring funds, ensure you copied our payment details correctly. We are not responsible for errors made on your side.
- Verify that the funds were deducted from your account. If we do not receive your funds, the request will be deleted.
- Delays from the payment system or bank are possible. In this case, you’ll need to wait.
If the issue is not related to the reasons above, please contact our support team via Telegram or email.
Registration is not mandatory. However, registered users can track the status of their requests, participate in the referral program, and receive discounts on exchanges.
Select the exchange direction, fill in the necessary fields to create a request, click "Start Exchange," and follow the instructions. If you have any questions, contact an operator via Telegram.
Contact support via Telegram. Your request may have been deleted due to discrepancies in the amount or name of the cardholder.
You will receive the exact amount specified in your request. If needed, the operator can provide a payment screenshot.
If the request has not been processed yet, contact the operator for a refund. If the request has already been processed, a refund is not possible.
Unfortunately, the funds cannot be refunded. However, we can provide the details where the funds were sent.
Contact an operator in Telegram. They will inform you whether the operation is possible.
